What we collect

If you contact us by phone or through the enquiry form, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address and the information you provide about your business and the work you want.

How we use it

We do not sell your details to third parties and we do not use them for unrelated marketing. Our lawful basis for handling your details is legitimate interest (responding to and progressing your business enquiry) and, where you come on board, contract.

Who processes your data

Our enquiry form and follow-up handling run on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), a CRM platform that acts as our data processor. GoHighLevel may process data on servers outside the UK; where it does, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (UK Addendum / standard contractual clauses). We do not pass your business details to any other company without telling you first.

Calls

Calls to our numbers may be recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not run advertising or behavioural analytics and sets no tracking cookies, so no consent banner is needed. The enquiry form is provided by GoHighLevel and may set technical cookies necessary for the form to work and for security; our hosting (Cloudflare) may also set a strictly necessary security cookie.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we are working with you or discussing working together, and for up to 12 months afterwards for our records, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, call us on 01642 056056. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
